7月30日、令和７年度の黒石ねぷた祭り合同運行審査会が開催されました。
今年の参加台数は総勢３４台、年々参加台数が減っています。
最も大きな原因は「黒石ねぷた」の特徴として子供主体の祭りであるため
各町内に子供の数が次第に減少して来ている事です。
７月の黒石市の人口はとうとう３万人を割りそうな所まで来ています。
一時は人口４万といわれていた時代もありましたがここ数カ月で２万人台へ
突入しようとしています。「黒石ねぷた」の主役である子供たちが少ない
ため、各町内も近隣の町内と共同で運行するケースが増えています。

The 2025 Kuroishi Neputa Festival Joint Parade Review Meeting
 was held on July 30th.
This year, a total of 34 floats participated,
 with the number decreasing each year.
The main reason for this is that, as the Kuroishi Neputa Festival
 is characterized by its child-centered nature,
 the number of children in each neighborhood has been gradually decreasing.
Kuroishi City's population in July is finally approaching 30,000.
At one time, the population was estimated at 40,000, but
 in recent months it has nearly fallen to the 20,000 range.
Due to the small number of children,
 the main characters of the Kuroishi Neputa Festival,
 each neighborhood is increasingly collaborating
 with neighboring neighborhoods to parade floats.
