大川原地区で恒例の「奇習・大川原火流し」

「奇習・大川原火流し」が行われました(YouTube動画)

令和７年度の大川原火流しが開催されました。
場所は青森県黒石市大川原(国道394号線)
日時は令和７年８月１６日午後７時開始
この火祭りは南北朝時代から続く先祖の霊を鎮め、その年の豊凶を占う行事です。
一節には戦いを逃れて山深い大川原に落ち延びた人々によって始められたとされています。
近年はこの祭りの継承者である若者がこの村から去る者が多く、
祭り自体を維持することが難しくなってきています。

The 2025 Okawahara Fire Festival was held.
Location: Okawahara, Kuroishi City,
 Aomori Prefecture (National Route 394)
Date: August 16, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM
This fire festival, which dates back to the Nanboku-cho period,
 is an event to appease the spirits of ancestors
 and predict the year's harvest. 
One legend says it began with people who fled war
 to the deep mountain village of Okawahara.
In recent years, many of the young people
 who would have inherited this festival have left the village,
 making it difficult to maintain the festival itself.
