昨日10月4日から本日の午前中までコンバインを使って
「牡丹そば」の刈取り作業を行い、天日干しをしました。
2.5町歩のそば畑はこれまでより順調に刈取り作業が進み
1.5日で全てのそば畑の収穫作業が完了しました。
あと、残る作業は天日干しの進み具合によって含湿度を
計測して適切な湿度になったら、紙袋に詰め直して保管します。
その後、製粉をしてパッケージにしたら「新そば」として
販売を開始します。予定では11月1日から解禁する見込みです。

From yesterday, October 4th, until this morning,
 we used a combine harvester to harvest "Botan Soba"
 and sun-dry it.
Harvesting progressed smoothly across
 the 2.5 hectares of buckwheat fields,
 and we completed harvesting all of the buckwheat
 in 1.5 days.
All that's left is to measure the humidity
 as the sun-drying progresses, and once it reaches
 the appropriate humidity, we'll repackage
 it in paper bags for storage.
After that, we'll mill it, package it,
 and begin selling it as "new soba." 
We expect to begin selling it on November 1st.
